As the company owner and founder, Kris Winters has been successfully operating and managing Concrete Chiropractor ® LLC. and is the owner and president of Wintco Licensing LLC. Kris has over four decades of experience in residential and commercial masonry construction principals and has completed thousands of concrete raising jobs. Kris has experience in customer relations, digital and print marketing, video production, website management, equipment options and use, and all aspects of operating a successful concrete raising business.
Welcome to the Concrete Chiropractor. I’m Kris Winters, owner and founder of Concrete Chiropractor ® LLC., a Concrete Leveling, Mudjacking, Concrete Raising and Concrete Lifting company.
In 2000 I started the Concrete Chiropractor ® LLC. I have been in commercial and residential masonry construction since 1979. I believe that it is because of this past knowledge that our customers acknowledge us as the best specialists in the New Jersey concrete leveling business. We offer the best quality and guaranteed work when it comes to concrete repair in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Concrete raising is not only for sidewalk repair. The fact is that there is no limit to the size of the slab repair in NJ. If you have concrete that is sunken or settled, but in otherwise good condition, we save it by lifting your existing concrete. This result is you’ll be saving an average of 50 to 70% over concrete replacement.
Currently, we service nearly all of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey. We have developed a growth plan based on an unparalleled level of customer service and satisfaction when it comes to the process known as concrete lifting, slabjacking, or mudjacking. We are currently working on the expansion of our well established successful business name and process.

Karen Winters has been involved in the office management and daily operations of Concrete Chiropractor® and Wintco Licensing LLC. Since inception. She has been involved with the customer relations, marketing, and office management for more than two decades. She has been a partner in Concrete Chiropractor® since 2000 and has played a major role in the development and profitability of the company.
Mathew Oiler
Job foreman and equipment technician
Mathew joined Concrete Chiropractor® in 2006 and has been involved in the daily operation in a supervisory position. He has completed thousands of jobs successfully and has extensive knowledge of the concrete raising and troubleshooting process, as both a customer service and equipment repair technician.

Jay Winters has mudjacking in his blood. The son of a second-generation concrete-leveling family, Jay grew up watching his dad bring driveways, sidewalks, and patios back to life — one job at a time.
Today, Jay carries that same pride and work ethic into every project. Whether he’s raising a sunken porch or helping a homeowner prevent future settling, he treats every job like it’s his own home.
Known for being straightforward, hardworking, and easy to talk to, Jay believes great work starts with honesty and ends with a solid, level finish.

Debra Winters
Marketing Administrator
Debra holds a degree in business administration from Felician University. She is our marketing lead generation account manager. Growing up as part of the Concrete Chiropractor® family, she is very familiar with the company. Her role is to support our franchisees in meeting their marketing needs, while providing support on all marketing efforts.
